When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. The estimated timeline for shipping is specified on the product page for these items.

Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of dispatch.

Do you charge a delivery fee for my order?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders.

What are the accepted modes of payments?
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD).

How can I check if you deliver to my Pin Code?
We presently deliver to most PIN Codes in India. To confirm delivery availability for your PIN Code, please contact us via email at support@october22.co.

How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can log in to your October 22 account and select “My Account” to view your order details. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer care team at support@october22.co. Our customer support is available on all weekdays (except weekends and public holidays) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If you do not have an October 22 account, please follow the “Track Shipping” link provided in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can email us your order number and the email address associated with your order, and we will promptly provide you with the status update.
